two bookshop locations

Robinsons Literary Delights Cafes are beautifully designed spaces located inside two of our bookshops - Frankston, our original flagship store also at The Glen, located in Glen Waverley. Sit amongst the books and dark timber shelving and get lost in the world of books whilst enjoying literary treats.

Come for breakfast, lunch or a coffee catch-up. Our professional, friendly baristas will make your coffee or tea just the way you like it using ethically sourced beans from Campos Coffee.

Our full menu has been limited to some simple takeaway options during the current COVID-19 pandemic - with a new literary themed menu back soon.

Download our current menu here.

Robinsons food is a celebration of literature, poets, authors and all things deliciously literary. We have used books as inspiration for our dishes, sweets, drinks and cocktails.

frankston cafe

Our Frankston Cafe re-opened early in March 2020, hosting a Harry Potter High Tea. Harry fans from all over Melbourne attended and had a great afternoon. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 the cafe closed again shortly thereafter. We are very excited to re-open the cafe - initially just Wednesday to Sunday each week. The team looks forward to welcoming customers building our cafe offer as restrictions relax in June.

the glen cafe

The Glen Cafe opened in November 2018 and immediately became a destination for booklovers and authors looking for an inspirational nook to pen their cherished words. The Glen boasts amazing 5 metre high windows overlooking the busy Springvale Road and views of the Dandenong Ranges in the distance. Since opening The Glen cafe has hosted many literary events, high teas, birthday parties and book club meetings. We look forward to welcoming back our regulars in June.

For now we are offering takeaway only and are refreshing our offer for post-pandemic table service.

We are updating our website so takeaway orders can be placed online ready for collection at the time you nominate. We look forward to launching this soon.
